Coach John Leslie

Coach John Leslie

I'm a former D1 athlete and Special Warfare veteran with years of experience training athletes to perform at a high level and lead with confidence. I've been in the trenches both on the field and in combat, and I bring that same intensity and discipline to every session I run.

This camp is built around one thing: developing athletes who are harder to break than the competition. Not just physically but mentally. If your athlete is serious about getting better this summer, this is the program for them.

Got Questions?

Two days a week is enough to maintain. Three days a week is enough to actually change. Athletic development requires a certain minimum training stimulus to produce real results, and three sessions per week hits that threshold. It gives us enough frequency to reinforce movement patterns, build strength progressively, and develop conditioning without overloading young athletes. Parents who commit to getting their athlete here three days a week will see measurable results by the end of the summer. That is the whole point.
All of them. The foundational athletic qualities we train, speed, strength, conditioning, and mental toughness, apply across every sport. We have had athletes come through from football, basketball, baseball, soccer, track, and more. If your athlete competes, this program will make them better at it.
No. We meet athletes where they are. This program is designed for middle and high school athletes ages 12 to 17, and we build progressively. If your athlete has never done this before, now is the right time to start. Getting proper training habits in place early is one of the best investments you can make in their athletic future.
Sessions are held at Hollis and Sue Jones Park in Decatur, TX, located near the Decatur Golf Course. Sessions start at 7:00 AM on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Plan to arrive a few minutes early so your athlete is ready to go at the start time.
Athletic shoes, workout clothes, and a water bottle. Sessions start at 7:00 AM so mornings can be cool early in the summer. A light layer is a good idea for the first few weeks. Everything else is provided.
Full payment is required before your athlete's first session. We accept Venmo (@Jack-Leslie-2), Zelle (jack.leslie725@yahoo.com), or cash. Your spot is not reserved until payment is received. There are only 20 spots total, so do not wait on this.
Yes. Individual sessions are available at $30 per session, subject to availability. That said, the full program at $480 for 16 sessions is the better value and the better investment in your athlete's development. Consistency is what produces results.
If your athlete refers another athlete who signs up and pays in full, your athlete gets $50 back. That's $50 paid directly back to you for each referral, up to a maximum of three referrals, meaning up to $150 back on your program cost. The referred athlete must pay in full before the discount is applied.
Due to the limited number of spots and the full payment requirement, all sales are final. If your athlete has an injury or a family emergency, reach out directly and we will work with you on a case by case basis. Contact Coach John at 972-978-9921.
